This is still a fun, addictive, challenging, and substantive game. Who doesn't want to rule the world, eh? Sid Meier and company were able to do so much with such limited capabilities....it's amazing to think about how games are now, but yet how the core concepts of wealth acquistion are still paramount in strategy games that came after this one...of course, one can think of others that came before (M.U.L.E. comes to mind), but Meier and company knew how to make it right in this and so many other games....thanks for a fun fifteen years, and hopefully many more! Oops, I was just told I need some more words...hopefully this will fill the bill... ;)
