This game follows the PC and Xbox versions of the game very closely. It features its very own widescreen graphics and they look pretty good for a PSP. The game has the ability to last a very long time becuase its so open-ended. This was a factor that greatly increased my love for the game. Many PSP games are not open-ended and have short story lines which is very dissapointing, but Pirates does not follow that path which makes it a step above its group. You choose which nation you sail for at the beggining, but it doesnt really matter since you can betray them and such. The game is very open-ended but there is a main story-line for you to follow. Many minigames make up the core gameplay, games such as ship to ship battles and invading towns, etc. Great game, I recommend it to anyone.
