Sid Meier's Pirates! as you may already know is a fantastic remake of the original, and I for one was quiet happy when I downloaded...I mean bought it...ye.......anyways, this game has a very good look that will appeal to many. The gameplay simply must be changed from using nothing but the number pad and mouse. The story, well there isn't really one, you create your own, it's a big place to explore with lots of fun little details. This game will have you playing non-stop for a while, but it may get boring fast to some people. I really like this game, its worthy of an A, but it just falls short of what it could have been. With a few additional features, such as having more control and depth as to what you do on land, and adding more story elements to the plot, this would have been absolutely a must have. It is still a very good game however and you should definitely give ti a try.
