I loved Pirates! for the PC and it has always had a special place in my gaming library so when I hear i could have this wonderful game in my pocket I ran right out and rented it. I was so impressed by its loyalty to the 2004 PC hit I simply couldn't resist buying it. I will admit the graphics have been toned down a bit for the sake of a smooth frame rate and like GameSpot said there are places where sound is missing, but these are certainly not reasons to avoid it. As with any game I say you should go out, rent it, if you like it buy it. Personally, I adore Pirates! playful and colorful portrayal of the Caribbean. ARRGH!
