The game is just so psychological, you end up feeling like a Pirate! and perhaps a little bonkers!

I don't know, the game is so psychological!!!!~~~~~~ That's what makes it fun! Back in the days of the original on the Apple IIC, the game was just nutty! Such a game to make! Played it, and played it, and played it, and kept trying different things and advancing yourself by wanting to better yourself. Now the graphics are way better, the integration of the game is fluid, and using the Chase View in the game, you may end up doing silly things in the game. However, some people may think that turning a ship at sea around is something that should not be. Perhaps, being able to turn your head around, or have a camera view is something the game needed. But all that is usually there for a reason -- to actually make you feel like you are a Pirate! I mean the game is actually made to drive you -- bonkers! But that is the fun of it in the end! What some people think is a good game, is just playing a game. Sure, one can get into a game, but you never ever feel the character in the game. The game is always apart from a person playing the game. Well, one of Sid's secrets is to actually make you feel like the character in the game. Let's face it, if you play the game awhile, and really get some emotion going, you are going to end up feeling like a Pirate! After all that is what you bought, you wanted to Live the Life! In a fun way, that is what you end up doing, afterall we still all play it. Call us bonkers, but hey, the game is just pure fun! But do not try it in real life, play it on the computer, and make it another Life! From the funny compass in Chase View, to all of the game, and the Adventure, play a game you will feel, instead of just play! Playing a game is for amateurs, feeling the game is what anyone who plays Pirates! ends up doing! Fun, just insanely, fun! Make it a Life any ol' which way!~~~~~
