Worth a look, but no Railroad Tycoon

For anyone who's never played the original, or was disappointed, like I was, with the last incarnation, RR Tycoon 3, this is a very enjoyable game. It does indeed stay fairly true to what made the original such a blast. That said, I feel that there are several improvements needed in any upcoming patch. First, the double-track system is buggy. Trains should be able to pass one anolher if double track is available. As it is, if two or more trains meet, only one continues while the others stop. If double track is present, it would be a lot more enjoyable if multiple trains could operate side by side.

Second, i don't think the zoom in/ zoom out feature works well enough. I'd like to be able to zoom out further to see a bigger picture, have resources identified with a label (like previous versions), and play the game with LOWER resolution. Not all of us have 20/20 vision, and personally, I prefer to play a strategy type game such as this at 600 x 800 so I can see what's going on.

I'd also like to see a greater number of engines, for example instead of just the "F Series", use the F-2 through F-9's as upgrades. More detail about the original loco's, who built them, what major RR's used them, and so on would be great.
