If you get the "In Water" ending on your first try, let's just say. THIS GAME WILL BLOW YOU AWAY.
Cons- Gameplay is fun at first but killing walking manifestation of a perverted mind in the same way over and over gets a TINY bit boring. Your also forced to walk around way too much in the beginning, but it picks up later.
Your involvement in the story and your character's affect on the character's around you, such as Angela, and sadly Eddie, makes you feel for the character's, especially James, who lost his wife, to a "disease". The graphics are fairly good, especially the character models. Gameplay is just as good if not better than the first game. Pacing is excellent after you get past the extremely slow paced beginning. ANY horror, drama, adventure fan should pick this up. For those willing to sacrafice some action for substance, this is your game.Warning- not for the faint of heart, those who get bored easy,(such as shooter only gamers), and there is also a scene including rape(not graphic,and is quite vague. In fact you can hardly tell what's going on since its between to monsters and it looks like their are basically eating each other in the way they are "doing it", but if you know what's going on with the story you can still tell what's going on).

The "In Water" ending is where James finds what really happened to his wife then commits suicid in a desperate attempt to see her again. I will not tell you what happened to his wife. You have to play to find that out.
