This is probably in the Top 10 best psychological horror games of all time. In my opinion, it is better than the original game. The female models could be improved a bit, but it's an amazing game.
Enter Silent Hill, a personal purgatory to find your deceased wife in order to mend your past and deal with your own pain and grief. Encounter mysterious characters who might or might not be real who are dealing with their own struggles that may or may not intertwine with yours.
Fight hordes of monsters, each more creepy than the last in dark, foggy and unsettling locations throughout Silent Hill. Solve puzzles and the mystery surrounding that haunted city whilst pushing forward to reach your wife.
