Same Scare Factor; Far Worse Game play.

The thing that made me want to get this game, was the fact it was put onto the PSP. This is also the thing that made me despise the game a little. Like most PSP game, camera and movement became a problem, so you'll spend half the time getting frustrated at movement, rather than taking in the horror of the game. Of course, (Like all other games) you get used to this in time, but it's still a bit off putting at the start.

Other than that, The game is pretty damn good. The storyline is creepy, and touching at the same time. It keeps you into the game for a good while. Unfortunately, it's a little short (About 4 hours of game play) Which in my opinion is a little short for a Silent Hill game. However, it has pretty good replayability (unlike all other Silent Hill's) because there's so much you can unlock. You will find yourself playing through it at least twice.

The Graphics are pretty average PSP graphics, not bad, but not particularly good. However the sound effects are brilliant, eerie monster sounds and creepy background music add so much atmosphere.

All in all, I recommend you buy this game, if you are a fan of Silent Hill (or you're just looking for a scare!). However I suggest you get the PS2 version, as it has slightly better graphics and it's not as awkward. I'm not suggesting the PSP version is bad, it's the same. The PS2 just has a few added tweaks which makes it slightly more enjoyable.
