Love it, but cried throughout most of it.

If you're not very easily scared, this is the game for you. You will almost immediately be thrown in the action, fighting off monsters, of which you cannot tell where they came from. From the moment you die only to realize it was a 'dream', you realize something's wrong.

You find yourself in foggy Silent Hill, not the resort, where you just happened to end up after swerving to avoid a little girl. When you wake up, you get to meet Cybil, the cop. You tell her that you lost your daughter, and you need to find her. And she happened to see your daughter earlier, this sets you off on a journey that you will never forget.

Gameplay: Althought slightly clunky, walking around feels somewhat natural, and you can control easily after a while. Shooting works pretty well, and when you'll probably running away from all the threats, you shouldn't worry about shooting unless you need to. Graphics: Descent for the time it was made. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst.

Sound: Perfect. When you're able to hear which direction the monsters are attacking from, you know there's good sound in the game. The voice acting may suck, but I'm ignoring that considering that the actual gameplay sounds are incredible.

Value: It gives different options that effect your ending, such as (spoiler) if you don't save Cybil, there's a good chance you'll get the bad ending. If you save everyone, you get the good ending.

Overall: Favorite Silent Hill, scariest game I've ever played, not much else to say, you're going to enjoy the first moment of terror you experience.
