A great game that is bogged down by bots, gold sellers, impossiblly crowded servers and just poor customer service

I have been playing this game for around 6 months and been having tons of fun. The problem is Joymax's poor customer service. The servers are crowded 24/7 nowadayz so its almost impossible to get in. and IF you get in , your bound to get disconnected and then stuck out of the server again. Also, while grinding already takes a long time. its takes even longer with bots overruning silkroad. No matter where you train, theres always a bot thats 8 lvls higher than you ksing everything in sight. Dont get me wrong, its a really fun game, But it could be much better with more of an effort from Joymax.
