This is a nice game package for Sim City 4 because it has two great games in one. The graphics are good, the sound is good, and the gameplay is ok. I would reccemond this for anyone who wants a bargain on Sim City 4 and the expansion pack, and anyone who likes Sim City games. The new features of these two games include being able to make a metropolis (by making several cities together on seperate maps in one big area on a big map), getting to drive and fly around your city, to help or harm you city in the streets, new bulidings, new zoom levels, and new advisors.
