Sim City 4 Deluxe is an amazing strategy game that requires an intellectual mind and some common sense.

You build a city, and you turn right over. From a tiny village, to a massive city center of the area.

In short, this game is really good. Fortunately, for those of you who don't know how to play Sim City, there are VERY useful tutorials. They help you A LOT. You will be glad you ever played them.
