Everybody knows about Sim City. Everybody loves Sim City. People will reminisce about the numerous times they've unleashed relentless disasters across their cities and naturally resculpted the landscape out of what used to be City Hall. Most of that giddy feeling will come back to you as you play Sim City 4: Deluxe Edition.

Your objective is the usual: build the biggest, best city that anyone has ever seen by managing citizen satisfaction, crime, tax rates, and much more. Sim City 4 offers you plenty of new ways to either improve your approval or even help you fall short. There are plenty of new buildings and new ways to tackle problems and produce them as well.

If you bought the Deluxe Edition, you will have the U-Drive It feature where you can take over any given vehicle and drive it around for fun or provide a helping hand to the citizens of your city. Doing 'missions' for U-Drive It can earn you money OR a bonus Mayor Rating, but never both. You are able to take over any type of vehicle that you have in your city, like cars, planes, trains, boats... even a UFO!

There really isn't much to say about Sim City 4. It is too much the same as the previous SC's but offers just a little more than SC 3000.
