First off let me say this. If you buy this game and register it at simcity4.com, REMEMBER your log in and email address forever! If you happen to loose either one, your screwed. EA support is the worst in the gaming industry. In fact it is so bad that they set a new standard for absolute crap.

The game, hands down is a blast, and well worth the investment. While its not as good as SimCity 3000 IMHO, it certainly gives it a top notch run for its money.

Pros, great long lasting game play with addictive elements. Excellent fan base and great simtroplis.com site. (Sp) Tons of plug ins, maps ranging from small to huge. Great concept for linking cities. A lot to do.

Cons, it is a huge resource hog and will choke even the best top of the line systems. My duo core system with 4 gigs memory running an SLI GeForce 8800GT cards slows to a crawl after a while. ABSOLUTELY rotten horrible customer service from EA Games.
