Skate has revolutionized realism in skateboarding games and has shot Tony Hawk out of the spotlight, maybe for good. Skate is probably my favorite game, and there's a good reason for that. The gameplay never gets old for me. I love skating around and finding new spots. I can spend so much time at a spot trying to land tricks diffrent ways, and I just love it. The story mode is great, and I've played through that around 2 or 3 times (I usually just freeskate or play online with friends). The Story mode has you trying to get the cover picture of two magazines: Trasher and Skateboard mag. It has you do missions along the way (no none of that bam margera drive shopping carts into old people garbage). It is a decent length and all of the challenges are fun. The multiplayer is amazing aswell. You can do races or trick battles and it is just limitless fun.
