I never thought a tennis game could be so additctive, and this one is!
Graphics
Average. That’s good, but not great, I mean you wont find Tekken 5 or Smackdown HCTP graphics, but still good.
Sound
THE MUSIC SUCKS. SFX are ok. If you hit the ball with the square button at the right time, your character will do a little shout, wich is cool. TURN OFF THE MUSIC.
Gameplay
Good, at first you wont be able to win at all, but just see the tutorial and you’ll catch it soon – it’s all about hitting the ball at the accourate time-, then you can create your own tennis player and level him up (up to lv 50), at level 50 he will be unstoppable!
Replay Value
I got my char up to lv 50, then stopped playing, but now I’m playing again, I made a new character, it’s really fun, and very challenging, yet not frustrating (as long as you don’t expect to beat the top 30 when you’re level 1). Lots of replay here.
My personal opinion
Buy this one!! I once tried Outlaw Tennis and this one’s wayyyy better. I haven’t tried Sega Tennis, though. But buy SCTPT2!! Man that a piece of a name for a game LOL the next game in series might be called “Smash Court Tennis Pro Tournament 3: The New Breed Returns From Darkness Again To Stay Until The Evil Is Defeated Forever And Sent Back To Oblivion And Locked Up In That Place For All Eternity And Then Win A Tennis Game Amen”. LOL
