DJ's review of Sniper Elite
Let me start with the graphics.Let's face it...they ain't pretty.The graphics seem late Playstation.They tried too hard to bring us brain splatter.When you shoot someone in the head, half of their face comes off.
The sound is very repettitive.You'll come to find that the same planes are flying over you 50 times.It's no better with the tank.Plain and simple, the sound is like a skipping cd.The voice overs are mediocre.
As for the campaign, I've only played a little bit.From what I play, the missions only have you stupidly going back and forth on the map until you're ready to move on.At times, the AI is stupid and you will have to run into them before they even notice you.The sniper AI is crazy.The first sniper I went head to head with kept shooting me, and I could never find him.
Do I really have to go on?If you must play this, rent it.I give a thumbs up for how they tried to revolutionize sniping, but all in all...this is one game you WILL grow tired of before you even get far.
