Just your typical Facebook-like game.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this. Sure, I've played some good Peanuts games, but I knew there had to be something bad if it was free.
Anyway, the gameplay pretty much consists of building a street fair. In order to do that, you have to buy carts and friends to help you. That's pretty much it. To get money, you use the stands you have, which give you money every certain amount of time.
That's it. Paying does makes things a lot easier though, since it helps you buy stuff without having to wait.
Also, there are a few mini-games, but they feel kind of worthless.
There are some other extras, like visiting your friends' fairs, or collecting stuff, but the game doesn't have that much to do.
6/10
Presentation: I gotta admit the presentation is pretty darn good. The graphics just have that awesome Peanuts feel. They are cartoonish, but look great. The sound... well, all the characters say some lines which is great. The voice acting is pretty good.
The music is decent, pretty relaxing. You have to unlock the music though, as bad as that sounds (that's my only complain about the presentation).
9/10
Story: The story's basically about Charlie Brown wanting to go to a baseball game, but he has to raise money for uniforms, so he starts a street fair. It seems like a simple premise, rather than a plot, but it's okay for this type of game.
7/10
Replay Value: There's a lot of replay value going on, with so many things to buy and so much stuff to collect. However, being able to play only at short bursts is annoying.
9/10
Fun: I can't say I had any fun with this game. To be honest, it felt like a simple diversion, but nothing else.
4/10
Overall: Get this if you like games that make you wait real time to play or if you have a lot of money to pay and speed things up. Otherwise skip it.
