Best Online Shooter for PS2, one bad thing tho is that the framerate suffers in some parts of the map.

Having to ride vehicles is one thing I liked here. It kind of feels like Battlefield in a way, but the maneuvering of the vehicles isn't really as great as how Battlefield does it in my opinion. There's no huge gap between the graphics of socom 2 and 3, it's actually identical. I think Zipper could have at least modified the graphics engine. There's a lot of framerate issues in most maps, I guess PS2 is just really aging or maybe it's just not coded very well who knows. The sound is awesome, the sound of the grenades and fire arms are sort of realistic. I think overall the game is a success. Having vehicles and larger maps made this game a winner.
