I rented this game just to try it out. I was never really a Socom fan, but I know a good game when I see one. This game is a decent game, it doesnt live up to the hype and expectations that people have given it. The single player isnt really that entertaining and just gets plain boring after awhile. At one point I was shooting my own people with a rocket launcher just to entertain myself. As for the online play, The lobbys are confusing and once I got into the game it froze up a few times making me reconnect to the server. Then when I finally got to play, I turned around and got hit by a truck and had to wait 10 minutes to get back in. It wasnt that fun of a game and it might be worth the $5.00 rental fee.
TIPS: Dont get hit by the truck ..
