first and foremost, I rented it just because i was low on funds, anywho, it was great game as expected, yea the graphic kind of blew , but its ps2.. great i can say that now(now that the new systems are out) refrencing from that ,we now see a glimpse of what these next-gen machines can do, therefore we look at games, like bully,socom c.a., as being dated..but still a good game overall. I had problems with the A.I. of the game, the hostels were too stupid at pionts,( 2 guys standing guard,his partner gets shot in the head,partner falls too the ground for a couple of seconds then stands up *boom*shot in the head) thats one of many examples i had playin the game.(stupid) The good part is that you can START AT YOUR LAST CHECK PIONT this is what i was waiting for in socom games (you die, you start from the begining which blew)now they worked out the kinks, and yes its great muliplayer online game ..now being able to play co-op with fellow online games is a cool feature..but your talkin about games like x boxes games like full spectrum warrior would let you play co-op with your friends, way before you could do it on socom for this factor of the game it seems dated it should been on socom 2 ..but im just gamer who likes socom games and have had numerous great online expierence ..tango down! cheche79
