Socom: U.S. Navy Seals Combined Assault is a great tactical shooter which can be difficult at unexpected times. This is the first Socom game I've ever played. I've been a little disappointed by the kind of action required in this game, despite all that, it's still a great game. It can be at times frustrating when you die at the end of the level and forced to start all over. You can also die very easily when running back and forth from your PC to Ps2 reading Walthroughs because the guy who wrote them missed 1 enemy soldier who was hiding in the bushes. What I like about the game the most is customization of weapons - You can att different scopes, siliencers and such best fitting your killing style or the best way for the mission. Your enemies can kill you surprizingly quickly if you are used to the PC shooters. The bad thing is - the graphics are outdated. The gameplay itself is ok, but you are gonna say omfg when it comes to the AI. The guy screams "Intruders!!" and starts running into the wall making me feel better as I take a headshot from 1 m prone. You comrades aren't as smart as you are - slow, blind and are like "just kill me, this is what I was ordered to".

Anyways, this is like Delta Force except 3rd person and the missions are long. I am not sure if MGS series are better, but the amount of ground there is, is huge. The game is easily recommendable to any Socom fan. It might be a little hard because it's still 17+ difficulty although there is no blood. Anyways, that's it.
