Definately a must buy, if your looking for a shooter. Don't have to be a fan (never had PS2 or SOCOM experience) to enjoy it. Graphics are a little lacking, not polished nor clean around the edges, jerky movement on details close to you (mainly your character). Sounds great, with different sounds for each gun. Takes a while to get used to the style of moving your character without being able to look at the same time, unless you like playing with two hands on your right side, also no mapping keys or different key sets hold back personal preferences. Great value, it starts at $40 brand new. The targeting mechanism is brilliant, got rid of the need for two joysticks by aiming for you with precision based on stance, movement, and distance. Plus based on personal preferences you can choose 1st or 3rd person views.
