Socom: U.S Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo = Unbelivable!!! The best PSP game avalible by far. Better than PS2 versions
First lets start with the gameplay. It is very fun and enjoyable. It lets you become a Navy Seal codenamed "Sandman". You fight you're way through terrists and other enemys. In missions you retreve documents, save hostages, kill important people, and take people prisioner. In this game you experince the feelings of tactical warfare, and the bloody mess that war is.
The contols have been confusing to some people because of the fact that PSP only has one analog stick. But, Socom has found a way to make it work! The controls are simple. Analog stick to move/turn, X to shoot, O to give commands to you're partner "Lonestar, Triangle to switch between: standing, crouching, and crawling, R to lock on to ememys, L to switch witch enemy you are locking on to, left D-pad button to view weapons, Up D-pad button to zoom in, right D-pad button to freelook, down D-pad button to zoom out, select to veiw map and missions.
The sound is by far the best on the sony PSP yet, the guns sound perfect (with or without silencers on). The granads have a good rumble and sound, even when you are walking around the foot steps feel good.
Definatly a good value, i personally paid $49.99 for it, and it was worth it, i would even say that if i had the option, I would choose Socom Fireteam Bravo over Socom 3.
The gameplay. Wow! How to decribe it. It just has some much good gameplay. This is definatly not a suprise to followers of the Socom seris because all the other ones were so good, but for people new to Socom, it has great gameplay. It has smoth motion and smothe handling. It lets you shoot an enemy, and it lets you feel like you're really shooting an enemy to america, it feels so good!
Overall I was ust very suprised at this game. I was expecting just an average shooter, seeing how this is the first real "war" shooter, so i figured it would have a lot of problems and what not....BOY WAS I WRONG!!!
