One of the best old-school shooter game of all time.

When I first bought my PS2 back in 2003, this was the first game I ever played. And I still play it sometimes to this day. Socom is the ideal definition of a third-person shooter. The gameplay is amazing and graphics are quite respectable since it was released in 2002. While the single player campaign can be long, it really keeps your mind working.

But what I enjoy most about Socom is the multiplayer. It's one of the earlier known multiplayers known and still the greatest. The controls are basic and the maps are very fun. Over the past five years I've met alot of sweet gamers on the multiplayer and in all seriousness I won't forget them.

Socom opened the doors for alot of games that you see today. While I consider the game to be very underappreciated and old-school, it's revolutionary.
