The first truly underappreciated game in sonic's games series in my opinion( excluding sonic spinball, even though that got on average a 7, it was never fully realized until adventure). The game had alot of potential from sonic's first true 3d( only in the bonus stages this used polygons) not only in the game but also the awesome starting movie. Although sonic isn't truly realized here either he's sooooo sloooowwww!........! Although this may be the longest of the 16-32 bit era sonics, the bosses are fairly easy yet the level tend to be linear with a clear goal. In ending my review I say that Sonic 3d is a very generic game with alot to say yet not very well said in some places. By the way it's value is high because it was the first 3d sonic game and the tilt is high because it's very addicting.
