Yeah, this is the first okay sonic game. The first sonic game that doesn't make me feel sick...yet. The running levels are great, awesome, just plain awesome. So let's take those running levels, and store them away for the next game. The tails/eggman levels are okay, but the combat is the worst ever, you just press and missiles automaticly home to your targets, little or no aim required, and one button mashed over and over. These levels could be improved apon, so let's put these back in the lab and maybe sega will fix em, they would fix the combat. The rogue knuckles levels are horrible. Gem finding starts off easy, right? Then it get's hard, and boring, oh god I can't stand these! There are way better sonic's on GC! You want a sonic classic, what about an innovative 3d sonic? Like a new sonic, like sonic DX adventure directors cut, I loved that game! It got picked apon because it wasn't classic enough, but that doesn't matter because it was so damn fun! What about that sonic game where you switch in between 3 characters, that one was fun, so why do you rave about this game when it was only 1/3 good? Play sonic DX and you'll learn to appreciate the sonic 3d, that game is so awesome! If you want classics, get an xbox 360, there's new sonic classics coming out all the time
