concept:
As advertised, Sonic Adventure DX contains a slew of extras, like every Sonic game ever released on the Game Gear handheld, a brand-new Mission mode with 60 objectives.

Sound- 6/10
Stage music has that "sonic" feel. The characters voices are a bit chessey and should "fit," but i feel that they have the volume for them up way to high. And at times you feel like just turnign the sound off during the cut scenes.

Controls- 9/10
Good response, the ablities fit well, and i feel the homing attack is better in this game then in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. Amy Rose's controls at times feels a bit sluggish in response to the other characters.

Difficulty: Easy (sonic games are mostly easier nowadays)

graphics- 7/10
A good sonic game with improved graphics. Through nothing revolutionary for pc games.

replay ability- moderate

Entertainment 8/10
No offense sega but this is not the best sonic game out there by a long shot. It's an improvement over the orginal one for the dreamcast...but not by much. I felt sonic adventure 2 surpases this one greatly and i only recomend it if you want the rare game gear games. But then again it's only 20 bucks on GCN. The game through will last you a good while since it offers many modes to play so it a plus. Overall the game is not bad it's good (better then average.) But it also shows that even because it's been revamped, Sonic has improved greatly from the first sonic adventure. This is evident is sonic adventure 2 battle and Sonic heroes.
