Let me begin by saying this game is visually stunning. It's just all so very pretty. Sonic has teamed up with some of his fellow Sonic and Sega characters (albeit some rather lame), in this smooth, addictive kart racer, starring character such as Sonic (naturally), Knuckles, Eggman, Shadow, Amy, Tails, Alex Kidd, and a bunch of other lamewads from other Sega franchises.

Featuring 24 brilliantly designed tracks, and a host of fun weapons and vehicles, the comparisons to Mario Kart soon die down and it more than stands on its own. The multi-player modes are excellent too, with up to 4 players being able to take part. The game physics are spot-on and controls are tight and smooth, reminiscent of the Crash Team Racing days.

Easy to learn, and easy to play, with awesome graphics and a supreme challenge to boot, Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing is the kart racer PS3 owners have been waiting for.
