Sonic is the size of a pin on some 2D levels and there are so many background distractions I didn't feel I had control of Sonic the way other platformers do. The music drove me insane with the constant ruckus. Although the graphics are phenomenal the game plays like a movie by just watching it, when it gets to 2D Sonic is so small and his moves are limited that I couldn't play more than an hour of this polished garbage. A fractional sized Sonic on a linear path was a big mistake. It is new enough that I will get good trade value for it still.
