Sonic Mega Collection features 7 classic Sonic games on one disk plus unlockable games and extras. The extras include things like comic book covers, artwork and movies. Even if you get tired of the games (which I doubt you will) you can still look at the extras. The games include: Sonic the hedgehog 1, 2, 3 and Knuckles(10/10):This is the classic gameplay of Sonic. What you have to do speed through each zone which is divided into 2 or 3 acts. At the end of each act, you have to fight Dr. Robotnik (aka Dr Eggman) in one of his machines. Graphics and sound were amazing for their time and are still great today. Sonic 3d Blast(7/10):Not as great as the classic games, but still good. You have to go through each of the acts destroying the robots. Each time you destroy a robot, a bird called a Flicky will pop out and start following you. When you have all of the Flickies in each area, you can go to the magic ring in each act to release the Flickies to go to the next area of that act. You have to fight one of Dr. Robotniks robots every third act. Sonic Spinball(8/10):This is for people who like the casino stages in the classic games. What you have to do, is go through each of the different levels and find each of the Chaos Emeralds scattered around the different tables in the level. Once you have all of the Chaos Emeralds, you get to go to the boss table to fight (you guessed it) one of Dr. Robotniks robots. The graphics and sound aren't as good as in th other games. but still good for their time. Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine(7/10):This is for people who like puzzle games. Dr.Robotnik kidnapped all of the people from Beanville to turn them into robots.You have beat each of his minions and eventually Dr.Robotnik himself in a puzzle game where you drop beans of different colours into your chamber. If 4 or more beans of the same colour touch they disappear. Getting combos or chains will drop garbage beans into your opponents chamber. The goal is to get your opponents chamber to fill up to the top.
