I own a Genesis and most of these games (Sonic, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic Spinball, and Sonic and Knuckles), but this is a pretty good collection of Sonic games. But, all you are getting are some Genesis games on a Gamecube game. Gameplay: Sonic/Sonic 2/Sonic 3/ Sonic and Knuckles- Classic gameplay, I shouldn't have to explain how great the gameplay is. Dr. R's Mean Bean Machine- It's just an average puzzle game, it plays pretty well. Sonic 3D Blast- Even playing this game with a control stick still is very awkward to move. Jumping isn't the A button, it is the X button (on the Gamecube controller), which is just stupid. Overall- 8/10 If you own these games for the Genesis, there really is no point in buying this game, unless you're a big Sonic fan like I am. Even if you own the Nintendo Wii, you can get Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic 2, and Dr. R's Mean Bean Machine on the Virtual Console. And, if you have those games on the Virtual Console, you can save the games. Exept for Sonic 3, you can't save the games, either on the Genesis or the Gamecube. This is a good collection, if you don't mind that you can't save, you should buy this game.
