It may not be the same Sonic the Hedgehog formula, but Sonic Pinball Party is a very fun and memorible game.

Graphics: Sonic titles usally have lush and vibrant acts and zones and this game is no exception. The course look great and so do Sonic, Eggman, NiGHTS, Saba de Amigo, and more. The list goes on and they all look great.

Sound: This may sound dumb, but Sonic pinball party is a perfect clash of pinball sounds and Sonic sounds. It makes a great combination.

Music: I really love the music in this game. It's so fast pace and it really is fun and fast. It has such a Sonic feel (especially borrowing aspects from other Sonic games) and it just works well.

Voices: no comment

Gameplay: Ok, so it's pinball and it's Sonic. Worked so-so in Sonic Spinball, right? Well now this is a Sonic-pinball game worth playing. If you love the Sonic Advance series (especially Sonic Advance 1) then you'll love this game. If your a SEGA fan then you''ll like the borrow aspects from both NiGHTS into Dreams and Saba de Amigo.
