Great follow up to a wonderful beginning for Sega

Sonic 2 ranks right up there at least in my book as an all time most memorable game. Here we were introduced to tails the sidekick and saw the real fury of the great Dr. Robotnik. This was my first game that I bought with my own money and I have to say I couldn't have picked a better one to begin my collection that wasn't shared with my little brother. Innovative is the way I would describe the gameplay, and marvelous are the graphics. Sitting there at my television making sonic charge up his super spin was the highlight of my days back in 92'-early 93' and I thought tails was very appropriate to follow in sonic's footsteps but to this day cannot see how that spinning tail gives him the ability to catch up with sonic at the drop of a hat. Buy this one and frame it in your office.
