Good memories, fast gameplay, good music, memorable characters

This is my favorite game for the Sega Genesis. I like this game becuase it has a classical side-scrolling single player game. Then is has the multiplayer aspect which is also good. There are many new levels new music and Sonic is as fast as ever and in the multiplayer mode Tails is able to be used. But my favorite part of this game is a level in the multiplayer level which is named the special stage. I think its the best because its in 3D and all you have to do is collect more rings than your opponent. This game is plain fun and one of my most favorite games ever.
