This is, by far, the best Sonic game of all time (next to Sonic 3 & Knuckles)!

On June 21, 1991, Sonic the Hedgehog was released for the Sega Genesis, and the little blue hero became an instant star. The next year, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was released, introducing the new character, Miles "Tails" Prower, who became an instant star with his cute looks. The new Super Sonic feature was added. 2 years passed, and people were wondering "Only 2 Sonic games? I'd expect more!" Well, they're right! In 1994, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was released, and introduced another new character, Knuckles the Echidna. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 , is by far, the very best game in the entire Sonic the Hedgehog series (as mentioned earlier). This game introduced new shields with different powers for Sonic, and a small shield attack for Sonic, as well as new 3-D special stages used to collect the 7 Chaos Emeralds, and new bonus stages so you can stock up on rings, or lose them all. Although the lock-on version of Sonic 3 and Knuckles is better (Knuckles playable, levels for S3 and S&K, Super Knuckles, Super Tails, etc), this game made that part possible, and because the game was fairly easy, there was still so much to do. If you don't have a Sega Genesis, Sonic Mega Collection (or plus), or a Genesis Emulator with this game, you're missing out on the best Sonic game EVER!
