My God, how can you NOT love it?

Sonic the Hedgehog... ah, what a class act. Back in the day (these days, as it were) every Sonic game that came out you could be sure was action-packed and full of fun and adventure-- and it certainly wasn't going to suck. Sonic 3 is just another example of this- same formurla with few improvements but with so much to offer still. Sad to think how the characters' series has degenerated. He'll always remain my favorite video game character, and these games are exactly why. Anyone who doesn't have hours and hours of fun playing the Sonic the Hedgehog series... well, they are obviously way too weary of playing it for hours in their childhood. Because I don't think that person exists.
