The good parts of this game is the running, it is better than ever, this game catches sonics real sense of speed. The level design is incredible the backgrounds look really cool, and nice scenery and a lot of it. The same power-ups are in this game and they work out the same way and as easy as it was on the old sonic games. You can create files on this game which will really help in this game because if you died without saved files, you would have had to start over, but not in this game, it'll just make you start back at the beginning of each world. The mini-bosses in each "act" are really cool, it can make the game a really big challenge. The music is really great and goes along very well in the area that you are playing in. The bonus stages are really cool and they are hidden really well in the levels. The bad parts of this game is, it can get frustrating because if you get hit by an enemy, you'll go in a glitchy look and you can grab any rings for a few seconds and that is about how long it takes for your rings to disappear. Sometimes i think the speed is a little too fast, if you are a person like me and doesn't play too many 2-D sonic games, it will feel like you are getting lost because you are moving in all directions at one time. Overall, this is a really great 2-D sonic game and one of the best.
