A short, but great game.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 is a game that is a great investment for Sonic fans, and other gamers as well. The game is designed after the levels from the original Genesis titles. Sega did a good job with level designs, but they could have been a bit more original as well. The game plays like the original titles, and the addition of the homing attack makes the game a tad easier to handle. The bosses are also throwbacks from the older games, but each one has new abilities that you have to watch out for. Collecting the Chaos Emeralds can be a bit of a challenge, but the reward for collecting them all is worth it. Overall, Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 is a great game. It is a bit short though, and it seems a little overpriced at $15. But if the game looks good to you then go for it, I can except you to have a good time with it.
