Wow. This game took me by surprise. At first you'll believe it's a cheap, boring 3d game that is too messed up. Then you'll play it and know that this is why Hedgy is so popular.
Sonic is shocked to find his animal friends robotisized and villianous, all because of the evil scientist with an IQ of 300, Dr. 'Ivo' Robotnik! (Yes that is Eggman, retard Sonic will race through Green Hills and Labyrinths, Palaces and ...Scrap Brains?
Gameplay: 8. The absence of Sonic 2&3k's Spin-dash and 'Tails' make this get low marks.
Audio: 9. Memorable Tunes that will charm you even the 1991st time you hear them.
Graphics: 6. You can't judge VC graphics these days!
Speedometer(a Sonic exclusive): Well it all depends on whether you have the 50Hz or 60Hz version. 50: 5. 60: 8.
Overall, I'll give this an 8. Later Sonic games improve (and suck) on this classic. Buy the whole damn series will ya?!?
