A laudable Zelda-like classic!
Though this game may not be a memorable game for the majority of gamers--especially newbies--it deserves more praise than I can give.
It's a top-view game, just like Zelda (as I said before), and it's also a very entertaining game--just like Zelda.
Of course there's an inventory, and WOW, you get plenty of items during your adventure! From power bracelets to infinite power amulets (which may be difficult to obtain) to different swords and armor, this game keeps you entertained for hours; and how can I forget the story, as well? From your typical swordsman to a hero who is more than he seems (don't get upset about me giving away the story, it's like this for almost every story with a swordsman as its hero), traveling to save each village you come across, along with its inhabitants, is more entertaining an adventure than words can explain! (I hope)
The gameplay is simple enough: press one button for a basic attack, this button for magic, and this one for your inventory. There might be others, but I can't remember them.
All in all, this game is definitely worth owning, especially if you're a fan of the classic games. Even years after its prime, it still lives on with as much vigor as it had during its reign in the SNES era!
