Honestly, I feel like I'm playing a lame old fighter- wannabe at the arcade... if you're looking for a fighter, get SSB.

I bought this gaame because a friend reccomended it. However, I'm a little dissapointed. Super Smash Brothers Brawl had a VERY dramatic storyline, but got away with it, because of it's powerful background in Nintendo's history. Everthing has to do with a part of each character's story. When I play Soulcaliber 2, I see a wannabe anime fighter. If it didn't have Link (my all time favorite character) in it I would be severly dissapointed. Everything is just so CHEESY!!! Is there REALLY a need to put "suggestive material" in a fighter??? No one playing fighters is gonna be looking for a hot gal-pal. They're here to kick her butt! The story-mode is eehh... Every part of it is the same exact thing. Fight some character that' already in VS mode.
Two player is OK. Yes, I said 2 player, not multiplayer. Because you can only play with 2 people at a time!!! How dissapointing!!!
It may just not make the mark of "worth my cash," but when I get bored of Brawl someday (which may never happen) I'll turn to Soulcaliber 2.
