This game is suprisingly good no matter what Gamespot says. Rent it and if you like it BUY IT!

I know that the graphics aren't that great and Gamespot says the gameplay is very repetitive but I love it! The combos look really nice and the graphics aren't so bad if you can see the fact that the some graphical quality were sacrificed to put tons of units on screen. The sheer number of enemies and allies on screen will immerse you in the game and make you feel like you are in a massive war. The rage and magical powers are extremely fun to use and there is a noticeable physics engine, for instance; when you use a rage move and someone is impaled on your sword and you kick him off he won't fly to a wall and magically go through it or just stop and fall he will smack into it full force then slide-down the wall covered in blood. The plot is very good and tells the story of a desperate struggle to stop the Roman invasion of Greece. I recommend this game to anyone who likes fighting games not just mindless hack-and-slash games.
