Spear of destiny hasn’t changed the Wolfenstein 3D formula at all and makes for a game that barely anyone will play than

User Rating: 5.8 | Spear of Destiny PC
Spear of Destiny is the sequel to Wolfenstein 3D and its aged considerably. It’s a lot shorter, a bit tougher, and overall, the graphics haven’t improved at all. They still look terrible and no changes have been made, this is Wolfenstein 3D reloaded.

Spear of Destiny really doesn’t do anything for the Wolfenstein formula. Spear of Destiny is more like an expansion more than anything and doesn’t really do anything new to the series. For what it’s worth, there are additional levels and the story branches out a bit, but nothing remarkable or that hasn’t been done a hundred times. It is a bit more challenging, throwing more enemies at you than before, but it isn’t that bad, especially compared to today’s games.

Spear of destiny’s story is basically about well, a Spear of Destiny that can be used to kill the Devil. That’s it, there’s nothing more to this story.

So if you loved the first game, then get this one, it will work on today’s computers, but if you didn’t care for Wolfenstein 3D, the don’t bother with this one, you won’t enjoy it.
