My kids rented this game and I tried it. I found it fun and challenging. The game has good graphics and great game play. The controls could use a bit of tweaking (motion control not always caught correctly), but it really wasnt enough to detract from the game itself. The story was interesting as well; I havent played the games for the DS so I dont know how it compares. The one thing I did have a major issue with is the excavation. The level of the new fossils is higher based on your level (not necessarily where it was found) so some of the new Spectrobes were higher level than the ones I had been fighting with for a while. The two player aspect of the game was interesting as well; doing coop in a game like that actually works well. I believe it could make a better game series than Pokemon if Disney keeps at it.
