Fans of F-Zero should pick this game up, because it's the closest you'll get to the Series on the Ds.
The graphics are pretty impressive for a DS game.Courses look great, so do characters, and cars. The art style is great but they aren't DS-like, they look like they belong on the GBA, but hey it doesn't effect the game so it doesn't matter.
The gameplay is very addicting and fun.The game allows you to do tricks which benefits you in the race.You can do Car-Fu which is also cool and benefits you.Most of the time crashing isn't bad, I actually find crashing fun even though it's not suppose to be.
The Sound is great, I mean the game sound like it's suppose to sound. I guess what would've made it better is if it had voice acting( along with a story mode).
I'd say this game will last you quite a while.There's plenty to unlock and not to mention the game is very fun.There's a good chance you'll see yourself returning to this game.What affects this game's lasting value is the fact that it lacks story and online. Regardless you should pick this game up especially if you see it in the bargain bin.
