Spider-Man 2 makes for some very good game play, however it could be better. The repetitive voices, and insults are really quite annoying. The crooks being all the same is REALLY annoying. I find it better than the original game, however, because of the free roam of NYC. It offers a better variety of what you can do. The semi-random crimes are also good, as you can choose which you will take on (though technically as Spider-Man you are supposed save everyone. The balloons seem to get annoying). The mixture of "citizens in distress" and "petty crimes" is very good (instead of the constant fighting in S-M 1). All in all, it is a very good game.
