Seems awesome, but it's not.

This game sounds like an awesome idea, but it's junk. I'll admit that it is cool to be able to have one of the former enemies fight alongside you, but the combat and graphics are atrocious. The DS has never really had the best graphics, but this game is just unacceptable. I can't really explain combat. At a glance, it has all the makings of a fairly entertaining combat system. Each character has a few different special attacks and a couple simple combos, but for some reason the game is just no fun! The boss battles are probably the worst aspect of the game. In each fight, the method for defeating the boss is either disappointingly simple or ridiculously complicated. On top of all this is a fairly small selection of allies and a terrible storyline. As unentertaining as this game is, it is very addictive. If your not careful, you'll end up playing an agonizingly boring game for hours on end!
