Beware - System Crasher

User Rating: 1 | Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions WII
I am getting really tired of dishing out good money for crap games on the Wii. Out of the 60 plus Wii games that I have purchased I have only played 5 games that did not crash my system. Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is not only a broken game, but crashes your Wii system constantly. It seems to do it when loading new content and when saving, which means if you are able to load the game back up - you have to start the level over and often times only to have it crash again. I have had to eject the game and unplug the system over two dozen times. and I have had the game less than twenty-four hours. Moreover, the game itself is crap. The controls are unresponsive. The web Swinging mechanic is just broken. The targeting system is also broken. Often times you will be locked onto a target (indicated by a red ring) and will end up attacking everything but that target. Also, debris is the default here, in other words you automatically lock on to nearby debris first. So, you have to get rid of all the debris first and then attack the enemy or just struggle through the random mess, which is displayed in ugly and choppy dullness. Level design is creative and interesting, however, it is next to impossible to enjoy a game that just keeps crashing on you. You've been warned.
